Harris Premium Wine Yeast is an all-purpose yeast, suitable for making any type of wine. Whether you are making a red, white, rose, country wine, kit wine or sparkling wine, this yeast will give your wine excellent weight and structure.
A low foaming robust yeast that has a wide temperature range. Although the yeast will perform best in the temperatures of 20-24C (68-75F), this strain is capable of fermenting between 10-35C (50-95F). It has a high alcohol tolerance of up to 18% abv.
All sachets are foil lined and are nitrogen gas flushed before filling, ensuring the highest quality of yeast upon opening.
