Mangrove Jack’s Premium Wine Yeast SN9 is a very good all-round strain for country wines.
A general purpose strain for almost any wine style. This yeast has a relatively neutral sensory impact. It is a fast fermenting yeast which is highly robust.
SN9 will tolerate difficult fermentation conditions and alcohol levels up to 18% ABV.
Suitable for fortified wines, high alcohol wines, perry, mead, vegetable wines, flower wines and more.
Alcohol Tolerance: 18% ABV
Weight: approximately 8g.
Usage Directions: No rehydration required – add direct to grape must and stir well. For best results, ferment at 14 – 28°C (57 – 82°F).
